Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that Client requests to reschedule a photography session, the payment shall be applied to the rescheduled date and time provided that the Client gives Photographer at least 7 days' written notice of the intent to reschedule. The Client may only reschedule the photography session 1 time at a date and time mutually agreed upon by the Parties and the session must be rescheduled within 6 months of the date of the originally scheduled photography session. If not rescheduled within 6 months, client forfeits session fee. If a client needs to reschedule 2 times, an additional $100 fee must be paid. The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the photography session if needed due to illness, injury or inability to perform. In the event that the Photographer needs to reschedule the photographer session, the session shall be rescheduled within 3 months of the date of the originally scheduled photography session. If the photography session cannot be rescheduled for a date within 3 months of the originally scheduled photography session because of Photographer's illness, injury or inability to perform, the Client will receive a full refund of the payment. In the event that the Client cancels the photography session but does not reschedule, the Client will not receive a refund. In the event the client cannot reschedule within 3 months, time will extend to 4 months. If parties cannot agree on a date and time due to client unavailability. Clie**CANCELLATION POLICY** Clients are required to provide at least 7 days' written notice if they wish to reschedule a photography session. Payments will be applied to the new date and time only if this notice is given. Clients are allowed to reschedule once to a mutually agreed-upon date and time, but it must be done within 6 months of the original session. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the session fee. If a Client needs to reschedule a second time, an additional fee of $100 is mandatory. The Photographer retains the right to reschedule the session due to illness, injury, or any inability to perform. Should the Photographer need to reschedule, the new session must occur within 3 months of the original booking. If rescheduling within this period is not feasible due to the Photographer’s circumstances, a full refund of the Client’s payment will be issued. Clients who cancel the photography session without resnt forfeits the session fee/payment.
